Michael Nowotny
Sr VP of Operations
Michael Nowotny serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations – Wholesale, bringing more than 11 years of experience with GPM Investments. He began his career as a Territory Manager and quickly advanced through the organization by consistently delivering results and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Over the years, Michael has overseen large-scale operational transformations, including the successful divestiture of hundreds of retail sites into wholesale, and has led multi-state teams to achieve significant growth in both volume and EBITDA. Known for his innovative, hands-on leadership style, Michael is passionate about improving processes, strengthening dealer partnerships, and creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Respected across the industry, Michael continues to focus on driving sustainable growth and operational excellence, ensuring GPME remains one of the top jobbers in the country.
Haley Holsan
VP of Operations
Haley Holsan is a results-driven operations and sales leader with more than a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. As Vice President of Operations at GPM Empire, LLC, she oversees multiple regions across the West Division. Haley specializes in business development, client relationship management, and process improvement.
Her leadership has been recognized with several industry honors, including the Visionary Excellence Award from GPM Empire, LLC and the national Future Leader in Convenience Award from Convenience Store News. Passionate about building high-performing teams and aligning operations with long-term growth, Haley is committed to driving innovation and success within the company.
